Meet the Showcase Finalists: Owners’ Racecourse of the Year

The Owners’ Racecourse of the Year run in partnership with the Racecourse Owners Association (ROA) allows Racehorse Owners to have their say and celebrate the racecourse they think provides the best experience.

The award invites owners vote for their favourite racecourse based on the following factors:

• Raceday experience (with runner) – welcome, communications, facilities, F&B
• Raceday experience (without runner) – access via RBSO/recognition of investment
• Racing experience – racing surface, prize money, participant facilities

Each factor is scored out of ten and the racecourse with the highest average scores (subject to a minimum number of entries) wins.

The 2025 Finalists are: Ayr, Bangor-On-Dee, Hamilton Park, Newbury & York.

The winning racecourse will be announced at the 2025 RCA Showcase Awards at York Racecourse on Thursday 13th November. To follow along with the awards on the night simply follow @RCAShowcase on X.
