Racing Director- Job Description

The Racecourse Association is recruiting a new Racing Director.

The successful candidate will possess first-class organisation, communication and influencing skills and be adept at working with multiple stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.

An attractive salary package is offered, including pension and private health care. The primary location for work will be at the RCA office in Ascot or in London for meetings.  Business travel within Great Britain will be necessary.
