Joint RCA/RaceTech Statement- John Hunt

The following statement is made by RCA Chief Executive David Armstrong and RaceTech Chief Executive John Bozza:

On behalf of both the Racecourse Association and RaceTech, we are deeply saddened by the tragic news concerning the family of John Hunt. Our thoughts remain with John, his family and friends following this shocking event.

John is one of British horseracing’s preeminent voices and has been a steadfast supporter of the sport in his time as a racecourse and BBC commentator. We would like to offer our unreserved support to John during this time of grief and stand ready with our colleagues across the sport to help in any way we can.
