Ripon—Goodbye Flys Ripon Stables Championship
Travelling the length of the country every day following an alarm call most would baulk at, stable staff are an integral part of the raceday experience for every racecourse. Ripon Racecourse chose to highlight this dedicated work to the racegoing public by providing educational material at all racedays and offering a fantastic reward to stable staff with a Best Turned Out Championship. The results show a clearly delighted stakeholder group with increasing acknowledgement from the Ripon crowd in recognition of their sterling work.

The Jockey Club—Junior Racing Experience Days
Racecourses are truly inspirational venues, even if there is no racing taking place. The Jockey Club sought to use this awe to deliver educational event days to young people across the country, giving them an introduction to the sport and our venues at the same time. With a range of fantastic partners to help transform the days, children and schools alike are clambering to come back and be involved with horseracing via this successful initiative.
