Equality, diversity & inclusion
The RCA is a proud supporter of the horseracing industry commitment to equality, diversity & inclusion.

The commitment, launched in May 2021, sets out the key initiatives that each major stakeholder will work towards in creating an inclusive environment where diversity is encouraged and equality respected.

RCA Commitment
The Racecourse Association (RCA) is a leading organisation in the governance of British Horseracing. We strive to be an open, fair and inclusive place of work, representing the 59 racecourses of Great Britain.
The industry commitment to equality, diversity & inclusion provides a platform for all stakeholders to follow. Subsequently, the RCA’s own diversity & inclusion strategy aligns our aims with those of the industry with the addition of some specific elements our team feel require additional emphasis.
